Security Office

The Shops at Willow Bend maintains a fully trained staff of professional Security officers who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are available to help find lost vehicles, give jump-starts and escort shoppers to a vehicle. They are also extensively trained in the use of AED (automated External Defibrillator) and First Aid and are American Heart Association verified. Outside the mall, our bright yellow emergency "Call For Assistance" boxes that call directly to the Security Office are located throughout the parking area. Also, lost and found items are held in Security Office.
