As an Entertainer Team Member you will ensure our guests have a rewarding and memorable experience that will keep them coming back again and again.  Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating quality interactive programs (manufacturing and Café stage shows), roving entertainment, character interaction (Tip &amp; Pip) within the Crayola Experience.

Utilize Gateway ticketing software to guests visiting The Crayola Experience. Assist guests by answering questions and concerns. Promote goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of the Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand.

To maintain environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures of The Crayola Experience. Employees will perform and oversee a variety of janitorial, custodial tasks to maintain a clean and safe building.

Party Host

As a Stockroom Associate you will be a critical link in ensuring our guests have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back again and again.  Your primary responsibilities will include delivering merchandise to the retail store, premium areas, and cafe.

As a Revenue Team Lead, you will perform all standard duties of a Retail Team Member and will provide guidance to other Retail Team Members to ensure a successful end of shift recovery for a prepared opening every day. In addition to providing excellent guest service, you will be crossed-trained to assist the Revenue Manager and/or Assistant Manager with Food &amp; Beverage and Admissions guest service

Revenue Team Lead

This position is responsible for contacting group representatives and selling them on bringing their organization to The Crayola Experience for their outing.  Additionally, this position is responsible for managing, selling and promoting major group activity for Crayola Experience, including all groups with membership exceeding 10,000 persons.  Further, this position will be expected to be an effective support resource for other sales personnel in the absence of the Assistant Manager of Group Sales.
