The Shops at Willow Bend Concierge Center

At The Shops at Willow Bend, not only will you find a new level of shopping in Plano, but a new level of customer service. Our Concierge Center assures easy access to a wealth of information, gift certificates, pocket directories, and complimentary strollers and wheelchairs. In addition, our Concierge Center is the official Ticketmaster outlet inside The Shops at Willow Bend.

Concierge Center is located on the lower level, between the children's play area and Macy's.

Gift Cards
The Shops at Willow Bend Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. The purchase fee is $2.50 per card. Willow Bend gift cards are valid at all restaurants, stores or services that accept American Express, and at any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 with service fees of $4, $5 and $6 respectively. For more information on The Shops at Willow Bend gift cards or to check your balance, click here.

The Shops at Willow Bend gift cards and American Express gift cards are available at our Concierge Center on the Lower Level near Macy's.

Ticketmaster

The Shops at Willow Bend is proud to have an official Ticketmaster outlet available at our Concierge Center. Our concierge staff will help you purchase and pick up tickets to your next event. Ticketmaster Gift Cards are also available for purchase. Now available at the Concierge Center is located on the lower level, between the children's play area and Macy's. 

Complimentary Strollers and Wheelchairs
Complimentary strollers, traditional wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are available at the Concierge Center is located on the lower level, between the children's play area and Macy's.

Looney Tunes Play Link presented by The Medical Center of Plano
Our play area, Looney Tunes PlayLink, is presented by The Medical Center of Plano and features many cartoon favorites including Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, Wile E. Coyote, Pepe Le Pew and more. The fun starts at the entrance, where Bugs Bunny will check-in little ones into the play area. Kids can weigh-in with the Tasmanian Devil, and Tweety can check their heart beats. Overhead, Porky Pig and Yosemite Sam oversee activities in a helicopter, while Gossamer playfully sticks out his tongue in a kid-sized hospital. The multi-sensory play area includes sound-chip technology, adding surprise and delight to complete the experience. Made out of soft foam and carpet, it is suitable for children 42 inches or shorter. 

Valet Parking

Valet Parking is now available at The Shops at Willow Bend courtesy of your Dallas-Ft. Worth Lexus Dealer. The service is provided outside the Food Court entrance between Dillard’s and Macy’s:

• Saturday from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Sunday from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Valet Parking is complimentary for Lexus vehicles and $5.00 for non-Lexus vehicles.

Staying Fit at The Shops at Willow Bend

The Shops at Willow Bend has partnered with Jay Johnson’s Boot Camp Fitness, Baby Boot Camp and Stroller Strides to provide shoppers with the opportunity to exercise in a safe and secure area.

Family Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout The Shops at Willow Bend. There are men's, women's, and family restrooms in the following places:

• Lower Level, in the Food Court
• Lower Level, near Dillard’s between Baker’s and XXI forever
• Upper Level, near Macy’s between A’GACI and Victoria Secrets

Coca-Cola Vending Machines

The Shops at Willow Bend is proud to have Coca-Cola as our official beverage sponsor. Numerous vending machines are available throughout the center for your convenience.

ATM Machines are located on:

• Lower Level, near Macy’s across from California Pizza Kitchen
• Lower Level, in the Food Court
• Lower Level, near Dillard’s across from Fresh Choice Express
• Upper Level, near Dillard’s near On the Spot Jewelry & Watch Repair

Customer Safety & Security

The Shops at Willow Bend maintains a fully trained staff of professional security officers who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are available to help find lost vehicles, give jump-starts and escort you to your vehicle. They are also extensively trained in the use of AED (automated External Defibrillator) and First Aid and are American Heart Association verified.
