Yes, strollers are available at the Concierge Center for no charge, including single and double strollers.
The Concierge Center is located on the lower level between the children's play area and Macy's.
The Shops at Willow Bend Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $300. The purchase fee is $2.50 per card. Willow Bend gift cards are valid at all restaurants, stores or services that accept American Express, and at any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 with service fees of $4, $5 and $6 respectively. For more information on the Willow Bend gift card or to check your balance, click here.
Willow Bend gift cards and American Express gift cards are available at our Concierge on the lower level near Macy's.
The only pets that are allowed in the center during mall hours are dogs that are small enough to be held in one hand or in a purse-sized pet carrier (ie: teacup or toy-sized breeds). Pets must be carried the entire time they are in the center. No pets are allowed within the Food Court or in/near any other food establishments located within the center at any time. Exceptions to the pet policy are made for service dogs only.
We do have multiple ATMs within the center for any cash needs you may have. The ATMs are provided by Bank of America, and are located on the lower and upper levels of the entrance to Parking Deck D, near Dillard's, the upper level of the entrance to Parking Deck F, near Macy's, the lower level at the entrance to Parking Lot G, the upper level at the entrance to Parking Deck A, and in the food court by the restrooms.
The Cafes at Willow Bend is the home of many of our fine eateries, such as Jerseyville Classic and Mustang Cafe and Bar, and also all of our food court eateries.

California Pizza Kitchen is located on the lower level near the Macy's Court. Jerseyville Classic and Mustang Cafe and Bar are located at the Food Court entrance on the north side of the mall.
Neiman Marcus has a cafe located within the Neiman Marcus store, and a restaurant, Mariposa, on the third level of their store.
Yes. Wheelchairs are available for no charge at the Concierge Center. We feature both traditional wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs. If you need assistance at an entrance, please use the Call For Assistance boxes or notify a security guard or a roving ambassador and a wheelchair will be delivered to you.
Please report any lost or found item to Concierge representatives or to a security officer.
Lost and Found items are held in the security office.
Restrooms are located throughout The Shops at Willow Bend. There are men's, women's, and family restrooms in the food court, next to Which Wich. There are also men's, women's, and family restrooms on the lower level, in the corridor between XXI and Skechers. Women's, men's, and family restrooms are also on the upper level, in the corridor next to Victoria's Secret.

The Concierge Center is available to assist you in any way and answer any questions you may have. Strollers, wheelchairs, directories, shopping bags, first aid, and other items may be found at the Concierge Center.
The doors to The Shops at Willow Bend will open two hours before the scheduled opening time to allow for Mall Walking. During normal hours, access will start at 8:00 a.m. Monday though Saturday, and starting at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
While we do not have a formal Mall Walking program, we welcome our customers to walk on their own at any time the center is open.
The distance between Macy's and Dillard's is approximately one-quarter mile one-way. (without a trip through the food court)
Attention moms! Baby Boot Camp is a program offering cardio and strength training classes designed for mom with baby. We hosts classes at The Shops at Willow Bend every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning from 8:45 to 10:00 a.m.! Any parent or caregiver of babies up to 2 years of age are welcome to attend. Classes focus on building strength, improving posture and balance, as well giving moms a great cardio workout!
