Yes, strollers are available at the Concierge Center for no charge, including single and double strollers.
The Concierge Center is located on the lower level between the children's play area and Macy's.
Where can I buy The Shops at Willow Bend Gift Cards?
The Shops at Willow Bend Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. The purchase fee is $2.95 per card. Willow Bend gift cards are valid at all restaurants, stores or services that accept American Express, and at any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

The Shops at Willow Bend gift cards and American Express gift cards are available at our Concierge Center on the Lower Level near Macy's.
The only pets that are allowed in the center during mall hours are dogs that are small enough to be held in one hand or in a purse-sized pet carrier (ie: teacup or toy-sized breeds). Pets must be carried the entire time they are in the center. No pets are allowed within the Food Court or in/near any other food establishments located within the center at any time. Exceptions to the pet policy are made for service dogs only.

We do have multiple ATMs within the center for any cash needs you may have. The ATMs are provided by Bank of America, and are located on the lower and upper levels of the entrance to Parking Deck D, the lower level at the entrance to Parking Lot G, and in the food court by the restrooms.

Are wheelchairs available for use? Yes. Wheelchairs are available for no charge at the Concierge Center. We feature both traditional wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs. If you need assistance at an entrance, please use the Call For Assistance boxes or notify a security guard or a roving ambassador and a wheelchair will be delivered to you.

Looney Tunes Play Link presented by The Medical Center of Plano
Our play area, Looney Tunes PlayLink, is presented by The Medical Center of Plano and features many cartoon favorites including Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, Wile E. Coyote, Pepe Le Pew and more. The fun starts at the entrance, where Bugs Bunny will check-in little ones into the play area. Kids can weigh-in with the Tasmanian Devil, and Tweety can check their heart beats. Overhead, Porky Pig and Yosemite Sam oversee activities in a helicopter, while Gossamer playfully sticks out his tongue in a kid-sized hospital. The multi-sensory play area includes sound-chip technology, adding surprise and delight to complete the experience. Made out of soft foam and carpet, it is suitable for children 42 inches or shorter. The play area is located on the lower level between Neiman Marcus and Macy's.

The security office is located on the lower level between Macy's and Crate&Barrel and be contacted at 972-202-7100.
The Shops at Willow Bend maintains a fully trained staff of professional security officers who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are available to help find lost vehicles, give jump-starts and escort you to your vehicle. They are also extensively trained in the use of AED (automated External Defibrillator) and First Aid and are American Heart Association verified.

Back to TopWhere are the restrooms? Restrooms are located throughout The Shops at Willow Bend. There are men's, women's, and family restrooms in the food court, next to Which Wich. There are also men's, women's, and family restrooms on the lower level, in the corridor between XXI and Skechers. Women's, men's, and family restrooms are also on the upper level, in the corridor next to Victoria's Secret.

The Concierge Center is located on the Lower Level between the children's play area and Macy's.
The Concierge Center is available to assist you in any way and answer any questions you may have. Strollers, wheelchairs, directories, shopping bags, first aid, and other items are available. If you are interested in purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster, please visit our Concierge Center to be assisted.
Do you have a mall-walking program?
The doors to The Shops at Willow Bend will open two hours before the scheduled opening time to allow for Mall Walking. During normal hours, access will start at 8:00 a.m. Monday though Saturday, and starting at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
While we do not have a formal Mall Walking program, we welcome our customers to walk on their own at any time the center is open.
The distance between Macy's and Dillard's is approximately one-quarter mile one-way (this does not include the distance that circles the Food Court).
You will find spacious parking garages and lots at The Shops at Willow Bend.
